 From time-to-time, the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library must make improvements, additions and build new branches to insure that the library continues to be a useful resource for this community. The Mission of the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library is to provide dynamic library services to its patrons and to ensure that qualified and motivated personnel provide and maintain expertly selected resources which aid and encourage the pursuit of education, information, research and recreation in an inviting environment.
