Board of Trustees
The library is governed by a seven member board of trustees. Board members are appointed for four-year terms and may be appointed for a maximum of four consecutive terms. Appointing bodies include the County Commissioners, County Council, Kokomo-Center Township School Board, and the presidents of the Northwestern, Western and Taylor school boards.
