Nora Hollingsworth, a descendant of one of western Howard County's pioneer families, was married to Aubrey Lovegrove on June 16, 1921. Aubrey was a native of Rethene, Virginia, and a WWI veteran. He worked as an electric plater at Kingston Products and was later employed by Continental Steel until his retirement in 1958. Nora was a homemaker. Both were members of Hillsdale United Methodist Church and the parents of 6 sons and 3 daughters: Aubrey H. Lovegrove jr. and Elizabeth Roberta "Reba" Hall, of Naples, Florida; William Joseph Lovegrove, of Littleton, Colorado; Robert Lee Lovegrove (also a Long-term Lover), Michael Jack Lovegrove, Jeffrey Kent Lovegrove, and Timothy Allen Lovegrove, all of Kokomo; M. Caroline Wenger, of Frankfort; and Linda Lou Dubbs, of Orlando, Florida. They also had 33 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
