In 1999, the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library (KHCPL) completed a new building on Mesa Drive in Russiaville. KHCPL Russiaville was designed for the convenience of patrons in western Howard County.

Adult & Teen Collections

KHCPL Russiaville has a growing collection of materials for entertainment and research. The book collection includes nonfiction, fiction, Christian, mystery, romance, science fiction, and westerns as well as graphic novels. We have audiobooks, a large print collection, music CDs, VHS, DVDs, magazines, and newspapers.

Computers

KHCPL Russiaville has computers for public use with Internet access, Microsoft Office, and other applications. The multimedia computer is equipped with a flatbed scanner. Wi-Fi access is also available. Printouts can be made at a small cost.

Children's Collections

KHCPL Russiaville has children’s books, audiobooks, music Cds, VHS, DVDs, and magazines

Convenient Returns / Book Drops

Materials may be returned to any location in the KHCPL System (KHCPL South, KHCPL Main, KHCPL Russiaville, or either KHCPL Bookmobiles.) Book drops are located outside the libraries for your convenience.

Public Fax and Copier

KHCPL Russiaville offers a fax service for the public.
Charges are:
Outgoing - $1 per page for domestic and $2 per page for international
Incoming - 50 cents per page.

Black and White printouts can be made at a cost of 10 cents for letter size and 20 cents for legal size. Color printouts are 25 cents.
