Interlibrary Loan (ILL)

If you’re looking for a particular book, DVD, CD, etc. that the library does not own, we can try to borrow it for you from another library. This is a free service. Ask at the Reference Desk or call us at 765.454.4710. You can also register online for an ILL account, request items, and view the status of your requests from your home or office. Register using our InterLibrary Loans (ILLiad) System

Reader’s Advisory

If you are looking for a good book to read, ask at the Reference Desk. We have created a number of pathfinder brochures that list materials on specific subjects or suggest author read-alikes. We also offer the following:

• BookPage: America’s Book Review features best sellers and favorite authors. You may pick up a free copy of BookPage in the library or view it online at www.BookPage.com.
• Monthly Displays are created to highlight various occasions, authors, and subjects.
• Join one of the Online Book Clubs and every day you will receive in your email a five-minute selection from a chapter of a book. Sign up by clicking on Dear Reader and start reading today!
• NoveList Plus is a database that provides reviews, annotations, and much more for over 125,000 fiction titles. It also includes author read-alikes, What We’re Reading, book discussion guides, BookTalks, and annotated book lists.
